Hi! i’m a new plant mom, and i adopted this beautiful baltic blue pothos and named her peanut. i went to water her and the roots scared me as i lifted her up 💔 how should i go about this and save her? please help 🥺🥺

She needs a bigger pot!

Yes once she gets a bigger pot I bet she will thrive!! Those roots look super healthy

These plants have very aggressive roots. They will take advantage of excess overflow water inside the water catchment dish even if there is only a small amount of water. Repotting will help the vines grow longer. Don’t surprised if another repotting is needed before the next year. You can trim roots and vines once the plant gets to a size you want to manage.
