What do we think? P\&J, Glacier, or N’Joy?  
After months, I only just noticed more complex variegation when I originally thought this was an N’Joy!

See I thought N’Joy only had the two colors, while this has three and variegation. The leaves also look like they differ from N’Joy leaves, so that’s where I was confused on
