# I was given this golden pothos from my mother who grew it from her…

I was given this golden pothos from my mother who grew it from her larger plant. I just changed the water today, I’m not sure the last time she did. It’s several months old at least, I know she cut it a while ago. It’s not doing too well obviously, any tips for helping it thrive?

I’ve heard you need to change the water weekly. I’m not a propagation expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I’d try that and make sure it’s getting enough light

Definitely change the water weekly and then I also put some liquid fertilizer in the water as well

When cuttings don’t respond to water prop, I’ll move them to sphagnum.
