Update!  
I cut the vines more. There were only two vines in the original post so I cut them into more vines to hopefully stopping the yellowing and to get some roots!

They are still very long. Let them sit in water a couple more weeks. Cut them again if the vines/leaves keep dying. I have success when each cutting has 4 nodes or less. Add fertilizer and SuperThrive plant vitamins when the roots appear. Good Luck🍀🪴
