I don't have any answer, except take a picture and plop it into Google Lens, it should give you a good answer. I'll see if let's me do it too.

The 2 closest answers I got were: String of Coins, and a Peperomia prostrata. Hopefully someone better versed can provide a definitive answer. Good luck. I'll be waiting to see the real answer. 🧡
