Tiff is on the right track. I did some research also. It may be a euphorbia trigona. A couple possibilities to check out

I also vote Euphorbia lactea, though the patterns on your plant are wild.

Omg I have the white variegation of this cactus!!! Hands down one of my favorite finds—I love them!

I call them a white ghost cactus, but they can also go by dragon bone cactus! The scientific name is euphorbia lactea! So cool!
