Hi! Can someone tell me what this plant is and how to get it to grow? It’s been months and it hasn’t grown at all!

It looks like a peperomia angulata.

Small but beautiful! 😍 Try adding a nursery pot inside the decorative pot to give it some drainage and see if it wants a brighter spot?
