# Just bought this plant from Trader Joe’s and I’m not sure what it is…

Just bought this plant from Trader Joe’s and I’m not sure what it is - maybe a golden pothos? But the leaves are huge! I have a pic comparing them to my marble queen pothos and the leaves are much bigger

i’m not totally sure why the leaves could be so big, but i did see another post earlier today where someone said that growing pothos vertically makes the leaves bigger 🤷‍♂️

It does looks like a golden pothos, as they mature and have space to grow and climb or vine the leaves do get bigger. I think it just means you have a healthy grown out plant :) I’d give it somewhere to grow up on or climb down on the support more larger leaf growth

I would say with the size of those leaves it’s a Hawaiian pothos which is like a bigger version of the golden, I’d put it on a moss pole!
