Hello! Can someone help me identify this plant. Someone gave it to me and I’m not sure how often I should be watering it. She doesn’t seem very healthy.

Definitely dracaena, maybe reflexa?

Where did you buy the plant ? If the come from a place with full LED light like from Lowe’s or ACE , they can have a hard adjustment

Definitely a dracaena. They like to dry out before watering. And if you want you can cut the brown tips off. Also mine love my humidifier. Not many brown tips.
