The tag I got given with this plant says is a Mini novelty but google says is something different. Does anyone know what it is and how to look after it? Thanks!

looks like an echeveria hybrid, ‘fabiola’ is the most similar cultivar i found on planta, your plant also resembles echeveria ‘gilva’
