Looks like mealy bugs 😔

Agreed. Get a paper towel and soak it with some isopropyl alcohol and scrape those bad boys off. Get every one you can see, then spray the leaves and top of the soil with some insecticidal soap. Best of luck!

Thank you, I kinda just scraped them off with my finger nail and rinsed it off with water at the time🤣 they can live in texas 105° heat??
