# Okay...long story for a "what am I?" question...... i had bought this…

Okay...long story for a "what am I?" question...... i had bought this plant monnntthhss ago. It died... allegedly. Not sure what issue was, just dropped all leaves shortly after I got it.  
I watered the dirt for awhile, with no new leaves.

So I put the pot in my Spare Pots area, didn't bother ditching the dirt, and ended up nesting a pot on top.

Like 6 months later I'm doing a huge repotting.. I have about 100 plants, and i repotted like 90%.  
So I pull all the Spare Pots out.  
Well this pot had started pushing up several petiole, that were twisted up because there was a pot on top.  
So I was like uummmm okay zombie bro, do you!! And put it under the grow light and watering.  
I finally got a leaf unfurling.

Ssooo what is it?  
Cuz i cannot remember.  
I'm pretty sure it's a variety of Caladium? And i only have less than a handful of caladium so not my specialty.

There's also some little furls on the bottom of the leaf.

Haha wow, perfect timing for Halloween lol, a zombie plant has risen from the dead, I wonder if the pot on top acted as a type of humidity dome and made it sprout again lol. I’d say it’s a caladium gingerland from the pink spots that are forming

I think they are a bulb, looks like the bulb was still alive and the leaves just died off 👍

Lol just on time for Halloween. Hopefully the next few leaves will be a bot more definite. I had looked at the ginger and candy-land, but didnt seem as pink. But it could just be because of the pot smothering dormancy lol
