Looks like it. It looks similar to my Philo’s leaves

I believe the philodendron birkin is a mutated red congo philo or something, and it’s trying to revert back. Don’t worry, nothing is wrong with it, you can either supply more light for it or you can leave it and you might get some cool multicoloured leaves!
