Can anyone help me identify this plant and how to best care? Any help would be great and thanks in advance!! I LOVE THIS APP!!

Seems like some kind of alocasia. Maybe black velvet?

I have one too and have identified it as Alocasia black velvet. I would also be open to advice because it doesn’t seem to be growing!

Alocasia Black Velvet for sure. I have one. They are very slow growing. Took mine 4 months to get its 2nd leaf. Now she’s working on her 4th lol

Your Alocasia is suseptible to root rot so be careful watering: but it prefers a humid environment so mist often. Mist the leaves regularly using a Mister, place a humidifier nearby, or use a pebble tray to raise the humidity! \& yes very slow grower but the beauty’s worth it :)
