I picked up some Pothos from a lady and she threw this in. She believes it’s a Philodendron Silver Sword. Anyone agree? Thanks!

Doesn’t look like one to me. Reminds me of my Lupinum but she looks very young to know for sure.  
Silver sword has immature leaves that are spear shaped.
