Think it needs repotting.

I have the same plant that I posed the same question to the group a while back it's really hard to tell at first I thought it was an agave or an aloe of some type, but I'm pretty sure its a haworthia of some type not sure specifically which one but I would like to know as well 🤷‍♀️🪴✨

Well it was only about two and a half inches tall when I bought a little over a year ago I think but I had it in my dragons tank under basically a grow light and they outgrew that and then I put them in the window and these pots cuz I have a few of them and they got pretty big, they haven't bloomed yet I do have two that are blooming but this was not one of them don't they have to be like 3 years old to bloom? Also since you're here how do I propagate a horse yeah or do you have to grow them from seed? Sometimes a branch will break off and my husband will want to put it in the dirt and I'm like I don't know about that
