Please tell me what this is. It popped up on a pot that originally had a dead plant in it and I never tossed the soil. However the dead plant was not this plant. Thanks.

Maybe a purslane?

Thank you however that’s not what it is. It’s a Moss Rose (Portulaca grandiflora). I looked up the purslane and I do have one of those in my fairy garden but the leaves are much different than the Portulaca.
