# Hi everyone, I need some help identifying this plant… I initially…

_Posted by Julia on 2024-04-22_

Hi everyone,

I need some help identifying this plant… I initially thought it was a peacock plant but the stripes appear to be a little different. I feel like it’s definitely a calathea of some kind, but I’m new to plants and can’t be sure! I attached a photo of both the plant and the label that was included with the plant when I purchased it. Thanks!!

I’d agree with that. Calathea Freddie looks to be a solid match.
