Baby rubber plant aka teardrop peperomia

Definitely looks to be a peperomia obtusifolia, but there’s quite a few different varieties it could be. Here’s 3 that look like the most likely IDs for it. I’m leaning the most towards the Peperomia Obtusifolia ‘Red Canyon’, given the lines on the leaves, which is quite unique. Hope this helps!
