# HELP.. I don’t want to renew this app and I can’t find a support…

HELP.. I don’t want to renew this app and I can’t find a support page, or the place where they have subscription.

If you go to the Home Screen, look up on the right hand side and you’ll see a circle with an (i) in it. Click on that then look at the bottom of your screen (don’t scroll down just look at the bottom) there will be a link to customer support. They should be able to help you.

To cancel planta’s subscription on IOS, click on your phones settings, then click on your name at the very top. Next, click on Subscriptions (should be the 4th option down) and you will find planta premium there. ☺️
