# Hi everyone! I was given two cutting for free from a lovely woman on…

Hi everyone!  
I was given two cutting for free from a lovely woman on Facebook that I bought a prayer plant from. Only problem is that I’m 50/50 on what this plant is exactly.  
I’m wondering if anyone could help me identify it? It was a mid section of a vine cutting

Looks like a philodendron of some kind.

If it’s a vining philodendron and feels velvety it’s a Micans :)

Yeah the shape and vein pattern definitely looks like Philodendron Micans. They’re usually a darker green so it might be either over-watered or sun-stressed? Not sure

I found out it is. I’ve moved it out of the window now I’ve got it in a potting mix 🙂
