Hi this guy is very sick and I am trying to regrow him he has a new little guys starting to bud. But I am not sure what he is and how to actually care .

It's a silver bay aglanemea but is that the only leaf? It looks like its been over watered. I can't see the whole plant so i can't tell you how to fix ut or if its even fixable.
