Anyone know what this is? I was told its a rat tail cactus but it doesn't look right based on the shape of the stem or spike pattern.. I know she looks rough, I broke her and managed to graft it back together last year (growing super well since then)

Looks like it might be a dog tail cactus (Selenicereus testudo)
