Can anyone tell me what kind of croton this is? It’s been struggling and I don’t know what kind of plant it is and what care it needs. My mom gave me it to try and save any tips?

Mammy croton or Codiaeum variegatum

These guys need more light than care guides usually say. More light will also make it more colorful
