it looks like a syngonium white butterfly to me, but if the veins are pink/red, it's a cream allusion. hope this helps!

It's hard to tell if either white butterfly as harper suggested or a batik

Oooh okok, are you able to tell me the difference between batik and white butterfly?

I was thinking batik too.

Batik has more pronounced veining, which a few of the leaves on your plant have that, but white butterfly is washed-out. This is my batik.
