Been propergating this plant for a couple months not sure what it is or what to do, can anyone help?

Golden pothos. The plant is rooted upside down so it’s a little confused. It should still grow ok but the new growth will probably come from below where that root is.

I would wait for that root to grow a root and then you can plant it in soil.
