It looks like a philodendron Micans.

She looks dry… maybe not enough water, or too much direct sunlight?

My philodendron micans lost all its leaves for that reason… I chopped and propped, and she’s now looking like a plant again!

That looks like a micans. with too much sun. Try putting it further from the window and adding a sheer curtain.
