Hello everyone! This is my sisters new plant and we're wondering what it is. It was labelled as "Foliage" so that's no help at all. I'm pretty sure it's a Diffenbachia but I'm not sure what kind

I'd also like to know about this succulent I just bought, it's marked as a Sahara echevaria but I highly doubt that's what it is

It’s a dieffenbachia - looks exactly like memoria corsii. By far my most favourite dieffenbachia!
