A few days ago I bought a prop station with some rooted cuttings. The person told me the cuttings were a mican and Cebu blue. But I know this is neither as it looks different from both. I'm having trouble figuring out what it is. Any help?

That could be a Cebu Blue.  
Where’s the Mican

Mican on the left and Cebu on right, the leaves of the Cebu I have proping are completely different in color than what I've already put in soil, they were different cuttings

For comparison, the ones proping are a more silvery green looking color in person if that makes sense

Yes those look like Micans. I was wondering about the colour of the cebu. It could be where the plant was grown before you. Lighting maybe. And it is in its teenage form.

Mature cebu leaves look completely different than the young stage
