Hey I need help identifying and also how to help it survive I just got this from a girl who was moving plus I need to know does it survive better indoors or outdoors

Im not 100% sure but it looks like it could be some kind of elephant ear plant? If that’s the case, they need a ton of sunlight to thrive which is why it’s looking so droopy at the moment. If you have a warm enough climate there I would suggest putting it outside during the summer, as many are raised outside to begin with, and then moving it indoors during the winter, as the leaves will die off if they get too cold
