Any help with the plant name? I need to know how to take different care of it because it seems to not be doing well.

Never never plant - Greystar I think!

Agreed - I have the same plant - trim off the dried out pieces, keep it in indirect light. Check the soil with a bamboo skewer and when it comes out almost dry - bottom water it. Likes humidity but doesn’t need as much as most folks say.
