Looks like heart leaf philodendron. But do some cross referencing for sure.

It kind of looks like a super young monstera to me

If it grows upwards and much bigger leaves then it’s a monstera. If it grows kind of dangly and the same size leaves then heart leaf philodendron

This elongated leaf indicates a philo to me.  
I can see how it looks like a Monstera though.
