We discovered this plant in a vacant room in our office. Does anyone know what it is? Hard to tell with how poorly it’s doing.

Looks likes its lucky bamboo but I could be wrong. Here is what a small lucky bamboo looks like for comparison:

looks like a dracaena for sure, possibly d. fragrans or ‘corn plant’
