Me again…🫣

🌿So i have this plant from costco and she was kinda dormant over winter and i’ve had her for about and year and these past weeks i’ve been hesitant to change the water she’s in because she’s popping of leaves almost every day it’s crazy!! But I just wanted opinions on what you think i should do, change the water, leave it alone and let it do its thing, or repot it into dirt.

The roots on the other hand look a bit messed up with root rot but like i said she doing well with leaves to i can’t decide what to do

And in a side note Im not sure what type of plant it is

Definitely change the water. Pull her out, give the roots a rinse off (not too cold and not too hot). Wash the glass with dish soap. Replace plant with fresh water.

Green algae is just going to lead to death.

This 100% although don't let green water scare you. As long as you don't let the plant sit in A LOT of algae and change the water every week or so it SHOULD be okay. ❤️

Yeah don’t panic, a little green isn’t an emergency. But do work to combat it. Better to act sooner than wait till the plant is struggling.
