The first one looks like some kind of syngonium. I don't have one tho so can't help you out with any care tips.

Kalanchoe blossfeldiana and Syngonium podophyllum

I’d prune the syngonium so it’s not putting resources into the leaves that are more damaged.

The whole right side of the kalanchoe looks like it could come off if you’re not digging the look.

i think the first ones common name is something along the lines of 'white butterfly arrowhead' plant
