Does anyone know what kind of plant this is? My friend is asking…I think its some sort of succulent?

Type of aloe - looks very healthy! I have the same plant but smaller

All of the ones on the bottom look like pups, those can be removed \& planted on their own if you want to turn it into more than one plant🙂
