My mom gave me this plant and says it is a ficus. The plants app doesn’t seem to be identifying it well, none of the matches seem right. Any help? Leaves seem heart shaped.

Yep ficus triangularis variegata. Good luck with her! They’re known for dropping leaves in response to any major change, so don’t panic if this happens. As long as she has lots of light, they’ll grow back.
