I know it's hard to see, but does anyone know what those 2 little creamish ovals are? I want to treat

Looks like some type of mite

If the ovals are:  
1\. Fluffy white (fluffy and sticky under finger) or  
2\. Scaly white (you can flick the white oval off, and it looks a little cap)  
Then it’s mealy bugs - a plant parasite. Not a death sentence, but definitely treat early to prevent the population growing. Spraying the plant down and manually removing works okay, and you can treat with sparing application of some insecticides.
