This looks like an Alworthia ‘Black Gem’, and I’m afraid it looks like it has some thrips damage too 😕

What can I do to get rid of the thrips?

Try to dislodge some by first showering it, using a soapy water solution with repeated regular treatments (about once a week for a month or two) and putting up sticky glue traps often works best but it can still take some time to get rid of them fully.

Please feel free to reach out and create a ticket through Dr. Planta if you need any further help with your plant 🌱
