Elephant bush plant and they like a LOT of light. Move it to a south window if you can… (assuming you are in the northern hemisphere.)

Actually wait! At a glance I thought elephant bush, but then I zoomed in more after posting and have changed my mind. I don’t know what it is. Elephant bush plants have fatter leaves that retain water, as it’s a succulent. This is too leafy and the pattern is a little different. Elephant bush also develops are very woody trunk over time.
