My mom has these two plants but I have been having a hard time identifying them. Maybe they are a type of gasteraloe? Any help is appreciated!!

It’s looks like an aloe but it’s not, you can tell by the arrangement of leaves that grow from the center. But you got it, it’s a gasteraloe, I’m not sure what variety though.
