I’ve bought this lipstick plant, and it has some variegated bits. I’m assuming they are all still Lipstick plant but was wondering as they have a different feel to the all green ones. There are some leaves at the top that are also a lot thicker than the others. Just wanted to see if it was possible that something else was mixed in

It’s definitely still lipstick plant but some sort of variegated kind

It looks really healthy for a new addition, but why is it called a lipstick plant?

hahah she’s in great condition but her soil wasn’t! repotted her when i got home. I think it’s nicknamed the lipstick plant because of the flowers it produces
