Hard to be exact without knowing the circumstances. If it was misted a lot water could have pooled inside while it was unfurling or if you’ve recently fertilized it could be a nutrient imbalance issue… also if it keeps happening to more than one it could be overwatering and if it gets bright direct sun there it’s definitely that.
