Does anyone know why me Hoya Kerri is putting out leafs that are half the size of the original one

It probably needs more light.

Also, be sure to fertilize regularly during the warmer months, the growing season. I fertilize every two weeks with 50% diluted Miracle Gro fertilizer. I use SuperThrive liquid plant vitamins with the fertilizer. I fertilize once a month or less in autumn and winter. The fertilizer makes a big difference in plant growth.
