It does look like Hoya lacunosa. Flowers will confirm. Anything added to the name would be a (description).

Probably lacunosa but it could be krohniana. They are very similar

It would be very rare to have Hoya krohniana. While H. khroniana is still listed as a separate species, it’s entirely possible it could be synonymized with lacunosa in the future. This is not H. Krohniana or every leaf would have a cordate base.
