Following because I’ve had one this size for months and she’s not doing anything. She boring.

If she were mine, I’d repot with a substrate that’s chunky.  
My mix is coco chips, tree fern fiber, charcoal and #3 perlite or pumice.

Water when nearly completely dry and keep it in an east or west facing window.

I think you have a pubicalyx there and they don’t sunstress, so no direct, harsh afternoon sun.

They’re super easy and their blooms are lovely.

Grab a trellis! That vine wants to climb something. Make sure to gently wrap it and always let the vine tip grow upwards vs pointing down.

Before I just came across this group in the app, I had never seen or heard of Hoyas but I’m officially in love! Have to get myself one!

Ok so I grabbed a trellis after seeing these comments and my Hoya has exploded in growth

3 week update - I got a mini trellis as suggested and in just 3 weeks she’s put out a new teenie leaf!! Exciting
