# I controlled the sprawl on this Hoya Nummularioides by wrapping it…

I controlled the sprawl on this Hoya Nummularioides by wrapping it around a bamboo hoop trellis. The twig like vines are still flexible enough to curve. I wish I had trained it earlier. I’m still happy the way it turned out. No peduncles were harmed in the process, surprisingly! It has a mild sweet scent that doesn’t project too far from the plant. The leaves are firm with soft velvet feel like Baby Bunny Bellies Tradescantia. 🌸🌸🌸

It’s a great unsung hoya that blooms like crazy this time of year after getting direct morning sunlight and afternoon bright shade.
