I’m thinking Hoya Krohniana 'Splash'.

Hoya lacunosa without the presence of a cordate leaf base, cannot say it’s H. krohniana

I was looking at some pictures online, sometimes it’s so hard to tell between these two, but now I think I get it. I was just reading that for a krohniana ALL the leaves have to have a cordate leaf base, but in a lacunosa not all leaves are consistently cordate.
