It could be one of the carnosa varieties. The flowers will be the true indicator of the hoya variety.

It does look like a carnosa to me but it also looks like it could be another type of Hoya too lol  
The blooms will be the confirmation for sure!

Looks like a Hoya Australis to me

It most definitely does but it is a very thick leaf like a carnosa and I’m not sure if the Australis has thick leaves or not 💁‍♀️ I am very new to Hoya and figuring out a lot of things still.

They do have thick leaves!
